• How to use: Open the app → Start → put your phone in your pocket and tidy → End to see steps and calories.
• Premium: Unlock statistics, flexible reminders, and the home screen widget via in-app subscription (3-day free trial). Restore purchases in Settings if you already subscribed.
• Data: All data is stored on your device. We don’t collect personal data or require an account.

Data we collect: We do not collect personal data. TidyStep stores your sessions, settings (e.g. weight, reminder preferences), and subscription status locally on your device.

Subscriptions: In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details. Subscription status is verified on-device via StoreKit.

No account: You do not need to sign in. There is no server-side account or profile.

Changes: We may update this policy occasionally. The current version will always be available at this page.

Service: TidyStep Premium is a subscription that provides access to statistics (weekly, monthly, yearly), flexible reminders (e.g. every 3 or 5 days), the home screen widget, and the Journey feature. The subscription is offered as an auto-renewable yearly plan.

Subscription terms: By subscribing, you agree to pay the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for 1 year unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your iOS device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for subscription or refund issues.

Use of the app: You may use TidyStep in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and this document. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
